Welcome to Keystone Bridge Management Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, communications, and any related platforms operated by Keystone Bridge Management Inc.

Keystone Bridge Management Inc. provides professional services that may include consulting, management, coordination, digital services, and related support depending on client agreements.
All services provided are subject to individual contracts, proposals, or service agreements where applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, logos, graphics, documents, and digital assets created or displayed by Keystone Bridge Management Inc. are the property of the Company unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Client-specific deliverables remain subject to ownership terms outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Payments & Fees
Where services are provided for a fee:
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Keystone Bridge Management Inc. reserves the right to change pricing with notice
Failure to make payment may result in termination or withholding of services.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent unless required by law.
This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Bridge Management Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Reputational damage
Our total liability for any claim arising out of services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.

7. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party platforms, tools, or service providers. Keystone Bridge Management Inc. is not responsible for:
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Policy changes
  • Data handling practices
  • External platform performance
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Website Use
If you access our website:
  • Content is provided for general informational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
  • We may update or remove content at any time without notice
Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • There is misuse of services
  • There is unlawful or unethical activity
Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone Bridge Management Inc., its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
